Alfa is a highly motivated and organised person priding herself on delivering an enjoyable and seamless experience for her patients.

Her professional career began with practising general dentistry in Private practices in Kuwait. She then progressed into hospital administration before moving to Sydney. She started her Australian work journey as a dental assistant in private and corporate clinics, working her way up the ladder into management.

Alfa works with her team daily to deliver a world-class patient experience. She understands a team needs to work collaboratively and openly while striving for excellence to make that possible. Alfa is constantly learning and problem-solving, which is what she loves most about her role. She also enjoys assisting patients with their smile journeys, which brings them confidence.

She is also highly experienced in people management with her previous tenure in corporate clinics and is a great leader. Outside dentistry, Alfa enjoys exploring marketplaces, helping others and bonding with her daughter.
